versuch es mit dem neuesten ProFTPD (1.20pre7), der hat ein Modul, da=DF
wohl soetwas kann!
Aus dem README des contrib-Verzeichnisses:
mod_ratio.c (GPL license)
A 3rd party module (distributed w/ the debian proftpd package)
which implements file/byte ratios in proftpd.
